As a BIPOC immigrant psychotherapist (Qualifying), I’m ready to work with you to navigate through any life challenges that may arise. I look forward to supporting you through any issues related to everyday life, major life transitions, relationships, self-identity, addictions, loss, career/life goals, motivation, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Having worked with our community’s most vulnerable and marginalized over the past 14 years, I know what it feels like to ask yourself why me? Why does this always happen to me? Why do I feel like I am behind everyone else in life? Why do I feel stuck? Good news, you are not alone!
Working with a trauma-informed lens and a client-centered approach, I have a keen focus on utilizing an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, sex-positive, and non-judgmental framework when working with clients. Since everyone is unique and different, it is key to be able to adapt accordingly! I tend to have an eclectic, holistic and integrative therapy style!
